Door Code: Will be given to you upon arrival.

(If any issues arise from door code not working, we do have a backup key box on the patio. Contact us and we can get you this code.)

Eat, Drink & Relax

Fully Equip Kitchen: Kitchen utensils, electric juicer, pans, baking pans, toaster, Nutri-bullet® blender, ice maker, oil/vinegar, grater, electric wine opener, salt/pepper, basic seasonings, food scale, large water jugs, wine bottle chiller. And of course, paper towels, wash clothes & basic cleaning supplies.

Coffee Makers : Coffee Maker can accommodate (grounds), Keurig Pod (k-cup), LavAzzo Blue Capsules, & Nespresso (original pods).

We have some starter coffee kit to get you through the first day, recommend throwing some in your bag. Coffee can be expensive on island.

Indoor Dining Table Seating for 10 and Bar Seating for 4.

Thoughtfully curated place settings for up to 12 people for hosting a elegant dinner party. Serving platters & pans for cooking. Everything a private chef would desire.

Water dispenser with 2 - 5 gallon drinking water containers are provided. Refills can be obtained at the water refill station next to Crackpot Kitchen straight South up Allegro Road or next to Wine cellar on Leeward Highway. They take .25 cents, $1, $5 and are $2.50 a gallon.

Tap water at the villa and most restaurants claims to be safe to drink from faucets but make affect people with sensitive stomachs.

Our villa is fully stocked with bathroom essentials including blow dryers, makeup towels, bath towels, washcloths, Aluram® shampoo & conditioner, body wash.

The Laundry room is stocked with laundry pods, Oxi clean and dryer sheets (enough for two load per day). Iron, ironing board and small steamer available for use.

Salt Water Pool + Water Slide with water pump for continuous fun!

(Switch on outside wall to turn on water to slide.)

Outdoor Dining Table for 10, Loungers for 6, BBQ Seating Seating Area for 4.

Gas Grill with Sink and Prep Area, Wine Cooler in Grill Area, Pool Drink ware, Pool Towels Provided. Propane tank provided can be filled at the gas station by turning East on Leeward Highway or message the concierge team.

Entire outside area has a MistAway® system installed to lessen mosquitos and bugs that spray throughout the night and morning hours (tall black pipes in the landscaping will mist).

Pool and landscaping is maintenance and cleaned once a week on Monday mornings (pool). If you require more cleaning, please message us.

Pool may be heated in winter months for extra charge, please inquire on costs if this is something you are interested in adding to your rental. We usually will heat to 82-85 degrees when added. (Recommended December - April, where water pool temp can be in the 80 degree area)

Swim at your own risk. Please watch children carefully. Use waterslide in a respectful manner, no standing or going down headfirst - feet first.

PLEASE do NOT turn the waterslide switch on/off continuously as it will burn out the pump.

Please use towels on the loungers to keep clean and well maintained for future guests. Spray tans are almost impossible to clean off the white cushions.

QUIET TIME is from 10pm - 8am.

Sandy Toes Time

4 Beach Loungers, beach mat, Large 8 person Beach Tent (use on windy days to keep the sand from blowing on you - easy set up), Yeti Back Pack Cooler, Beach Cups, Snorkel sets, Sand Toys & Beach Towels.

Beach Access

We recommend using these directions to the closest & best Beach Access. You can walk (13 min), ride bike (5 min), or drive (3 min). There is parking in-front of the access when you drive all the way in. Once you get to the beach you can rent chairs or umbrellas right there (Tropical Shades - see below to make a reservation) or bring your own. Grab Lunch at The Deck at Seven Stars right on the beach without having to pack up and leave.

If you don’t have a car you will need to carry beach equipment, chairs, cooler to the beach which is doable as we do it often. Chairs & Cooler are backpacks. A 8-person beach tent is available as a substitute for umbrellas as they don’t work super well in the wind and block sand from flying at you.

Taylors Bay (Must Visit)

If you have a car, you can’t miss out checking out Taylor’s Bay and Chalk Sound. Perfect shallow water for kids. Don’t forget No-see-um spray!!

For more lively beach, try Sapodilla Bay next to Taylors for umbrella rentals, drinks and food.

Grab lunch at Las Brisas for an amazing view of the Sound. Call the restaurant to book the only boat tour allowed on Chalk Sound. It is amazing and inexpensive.

Staying Safe

Each room has a safe for your valuables. Please follow instructions listed on the safe door to set code.

To change open door - open cover on back door - press button left of battery once - enter 4 digit code and then #‍ ‍

Villa development will be gated entrance once development is complete until then the premise is monitored by builder and employees.

We have exterior, side and pool security cameras. The back pool camera can be shut off upon request for privacy, please let us know in writing.

Turks is safe for tourist but do not walk the streets or beach alone late at night. Please use precautions outlined online sources to stay safe in and outside of the development. Lock up your vehicles, doors belongings & bikes.

Electricity Usage

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee’s card on file at a rate of $0.60 per kWh.

Turks and Caicos can loseelectricity from time to time. Usually comes back on within a hour or so. If a breaker has blown, the electrical panel is behind the welcome sign in the entrance of the villa. If you lose electricity, please notify us to look into issue. Seven Stars restaurants all have back up generators if you want to get connected to electricity as well as other major resorts.

Our villa ConciergeTeam will meet you to briefly go over what you need to know. If you would like to check in prior to this time, let us know and we will try to accommodate if possible.

Key pad door lock so you can leave without notice. Late Checkouts may be accommodated upon request, if possible.

Cleaning Instructions:

Please remove trash to outside bins, adjust the 4 - A/C units to 80 degrees, lock the doors & turn off lights, place bike key back in entry drawer & travel safe home! That’s it!!!

Jeep Rental

Owners do have a jeep on-site that may be rented for the entire stay, please inquire on rates. If not rented, it does remain on site in driveway. Still space for 3 other vehicles.

If you want to use a rental company, we always recommend Turks Jeeps. We rented from Lutz and Morgan for years before we brought ours to the island. Fast and friendly service. Vehicles are always clean and can be dropped off at the airport.
